Brazilian Lemonade ****

We served this with our Mexican dinner tonight. So easy. So good.

Recipe from: Ralphie www.bandralphie.blogspot.com

Brazilian Lemonade (Um, yah!)

2 limes, cut off the ends and cut into chunks
3 TBSP of Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/3 cup of sugar
2 cups of water.

1. Blend all the above ingredients for 5 seconds.
2. Add an additional 1 cup of water and blend again for 3 seconds.
3. Strain and serve over crushed ice. (Or you can add the ice along with the cup of water.)
Just a tip, you have to cut off the ends of the limes, and blend it for only
8 seconds or it will become bitter.

Comments: This is so easy and so good. Really a fun way to spice up your dinner. Instead of adding the additional cup of water I added half a cup of water and a bunch of ice.

For how easy and good this is I say FOUR stars.

This sounds yummy; I'm a sucker for anything lemon or lime flavored.

Question: do you cut the rind from the lemon or leave it on?

Just cut of the top and bottom little stemmy things and leave the rind on. Oh I can't remember if I put on there or not, but you have to strain it before you serve it, that usually catches all the leftover rind. It's really fun, and...frothy :)
