Pasta Salad

Last night we had pasta salad. It's a hot weather favorite around here. Light enough to satisfy me but substantial enough to satisfy my husband. It's nice because you can kind of throw in whatever you have around, but our favorite combo is:

three color rotini
chopped pepperoni (this could easily be vegetarian if you skip the pepperoni)
sliced black olives
chopped artichoke hearts
Berenstain's Restaurant Recipe Italian dressing (which I have only found at Costco here in Texas)
