I made this tonight and it was phenomenal. I served it with artichokes and PW's potatoes along with some homemade blackberry lime ice cream for dessert..perfect.
Whoa. That looks awesome, and the homemade ice cream. Do you see moving to Austin in your future because I would like an invite to dinner :) When meat sounds appealing to me again I am definitely going to try this!
