definitely that berry torte with the blackberries - either that or scones (use the INCREDIBLE blueberry scone recipe I posted awhile ago)
I don't have fabulous ideas for anything else though. We usually eat our strawberries not in recipes. My favorite is toast with Nutella and sliced strawberries or strawberries dipped in either sour cream or plain yogurt and then brown sugar, or just cut up and mixed with a little sugar.

I made it for a visiting teachee and ended up begging a couple slices off her because it was so good.
Spinach- I've been tucking a bunch of spinach inside quesadillas for lunches and dinners. Mostly for Wes since it's hard to make sure he gets enough fruits and veggies, but for us too.
Janssen's friend here. Love to steal everyone's recipes. I don't like spinach, but I can hide a cup or two in stuffed shells without blinking an eye. If you saute the spinach in olive oil and garlic and then just mix it in with the ricotta (this works with lasagna, too) viola! If you like spinach raw (which I'm guessing you might), make a salad with spinach, strawberries, almonds, onions, and mandarin oranges. My mom dresses it with raspberry poppyseed dressing, but I bet you could try with blackberries? Good luck!

that berry torte did sound yummy- I'm planning on trying it.
My favorites (besides eating berries plain, which I would do like crazy)
Strawberry spinach salad with glazed pecans, mandarin oranges, and yummy dressing (a creamy poppyseed or an oil/vinegar/sugar)
Breakfast fritatta with spinach and mushrooms.
And I actually just like sauteed mushrooms by themselves too.

i make a lot of fruit shakes. fresh orange juice with sugar, strawberries and whatever else you want to throw in
A simple spinach salad with sliced strawberries and mushrooms. It would go nicely with a poppy seed vinaigrette.
