The other night we had Kraft mac'n'cheese. Glamorous, I know. To make it more palatable for me, we cook broccoli florets in with the noodles. Then we prepare the sauce according to the directions on the box, adding 1/2 can of diced tomatoes per box of mac (or even less depending on how tomatoey you like it), some italian seasoning, some extra grated cheese, and some parmesan. You could add lots of other things, including chicken to make it more substantial. I know Ralphie adds peas and chicken, which is very yummy.
